Key Points for Attendees:

  • Tickets are sold per table or single tickets; table bookings of fewer than 4 people may be seated with others.

  • Complimentary drinks are available for up to 1.5 hours. Service begins at the official event start time.

  • Dress Code: Elevated Smart Casual, with colour guidance provided on the Event Details page. Guests are encouraged to dress in tones that complement the event’s curated aesthetic.

  • Entry may be refused if attire is deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the dress code.

  • Seating is subject to venue availability; we do our best to seat groups together but this cannot be guaranteed. 

  • Outdoor and balcony seating may be utilised for select tables. Placement is based on availability, with all areas designed to maintain the Sol Haus atmosphere.

  • All tickets are non-refundable. Complimentary tickets cannot be transferred or exchanged.

  • The event may be filmed or photographed; by attending, you consent to the use of this media.

  • ID is required for entry; venue rules and age restrictions apply.

  • Please notify us of any dietary requirements in advance.

  • Add-ons and third-party products are the responsibility of their suppliers; Sol Haus is not liable for third-party issues or refunds.

  • Offensive or gang-related visible tattoos may result in refusal of entry without refund.

What’s What / Who’s Who / What Else

Tickets / Packages / Bookings / Tables: All refer to the item purchased granting access to the event.

Event: Any SOL HAUS–hosted experience, including but not limited to brunches, day sessions, parties, or launches.

Ticket Holder / Attendee: The person attending the event using the purchased ticket.

Promoter / Management / Organiser: SOL HAUS and its representatives, agents, contractors, and suppliers.

Venue: The event location; venue rules and policies apply.

Contractors / Suppliers: Third-party providers of food, drinks, or services at the event.

Complimentary / Free Tickets: Tickets provided at no cost, subject to specific rules for additional attendees.

Add-Ons / Merchandise / Products: Optional purchases or extras ordered via SOL HAUS.

1. General

1.1 Tickets are sold under these Terms regardless of purchase location or event region (currently New Zealand only).

1.2 The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to the event, before, during, and after attendance.

2. Bookings & Ticket Types

2.1 Tickets may be referred to as bookings, tables, packages, or tickets.

2.2 All tickets are sold per table/package unless otherwise stated; specific seating arrangements cannot be guaranteed.

2.3 Solo ticket holders may be seated with other solo attendees; groups larger than eight must contact us before purchase.

2.4 The VVIP tables are reserved exclusively for VVIP bookings. VIP and VVIP ticket holders have access to the VIP indoor/outdoor areas, while all guests (GA, VIP, VVIP) have access to the indoor/outdoor mingling area with unreserved seating.

3. Add-Ons & Third-Party Products

3.1 Add-ons or products purchased via SOL HAUS are subject to supplier responsibility; SOL HAUS does not process refunds for these items.

3.2 Any complaints regarding third-party products must be directed to the supplier following our complaints process.

4. Alcohol Service & Host Responsibility

4.1 Complimentary drinks are provided for up to 1.5 hours. This service begins at the official event start time; no extensions for late arrivals.

4.2 Alcohol service and management are governed by the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 (NZ). Service may be refused or ended at any time if staff determine consumption is irresponsible or a guest appears intoxicated.

4.3 Menu and beverage selections are subject to change at any time based on seasonal availability, supplier updates, or venue discretion. SOL HAUS reserves the right to make these adjustments without prior notice.

4.4 Non-alcoholic alternatives are always available upon request.

4.5 No refunds or compensation will be provided if alcohol service is stopped or guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible behaviour.

5. Complaints & Feedback

5.1 Only the lead booker may submit complaints.

5.2 Complaints must be submitted in writing within 2 business days of the event.

5.3 Supporting evidence must be provided within 2 business days; otherwise, the complaint may be dismissed.

5.4 SOL HAUS reserves the right to use feedback or testimonials for promotional purposes (credit will be provided upon request).

6. Refunds & Cancellations

6.1 All ticket sales are final; no refunds for personal circumstances, weather, or schedule changes.

6.2 Complimentary tickets cannot be refunded, transferred, or resold.

6.3 In the event of a cancellation or postponement (force majeure), SOL HAUS may offer credit or rescheduled access only, as outlined in official communication.

7. Seating & Venue Rules

7.1 Seating is managed at the venue’s discretion; shared tables may apply.

7.2 Groups will be seated together where possible, but it cannot be guaranteed.

7.3 Venue rules, age restrictions, and health & safety regulations apply.

7.4 Guests who appear intoxicated or dressed inappropriately may be refused entry.

8. Gender Balance Policy

8.1 SOL HAUS welcomes guests of all genders and aims to create a balanced, inclusive atmosphere.

8.2 SOL HAUS reserves the right to adjust ticket availability or decline bookings to maintain guest diversity and overall experience.

8.3 For group bookings, we may request guest details to support this policy.

9. Photography & Media

9.1 Professional filming or photography by attendees is prohibited unless pre-approved.

9.2 Approved creators must credit SOL HAUS in all media.

9.3 By attending, guests consent to media use by SOL HAUS for promotional purposes.

9.4 Flash or strobe lighting may be used; attend at your own discretion if sensitive to light.

10. Liability

10.1 SOL HAUS is not liable for injury, property loss, or actions of third parties.

10.2 Liability is limited to the ticket price of the affected attendee.

10.3 Attendees must comply with all venue and event rules; breach may result in removal without refund.

11. Website & Intellectual Property

11.1 All event content, design, and brand material belong to SOL HAUS.

11.2 Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

12. Food & Beverage

12.1 All food and beverage offerings, including but not limited to the set menu, shared menu, cocktail list, bottomless drinks menu, and any complimentary inclusions, are subject to change at any time and without prior notice.

12.2 SOL HAUS reserves the right to modify, substitute, update, or remove any food or beverage item at its discretion. This includes adjusting the type, brand, style, quantity, or service method of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

12.3 Complimentary drinks, bottomless beverages, and any advertised cocktails may be changed, reduced, replaced, or withdrawn entirely if required due to availability, licensing requirements, venue policies, supplier constraints, safety considerations, or any other operational reason.

12.4 Changes to the menu or drinks do not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, compensation, or claims of any kind. By purchasing a ticket, guests acknowledge that variations may occur as part of standard event operations.

12.5 Guests with dietary requirements must contact Soirée in writing prior to the event. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requests, no guarantees are provided due to venue and supplier limitations.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Defamatory remarks or online slander against SOL HAUS are not tolerated.

13.2 Tickets may not be resold for profit; unauthorised resale voids the ticket.

13.3 SOL HAUS enforces a zero-drug and no-smoking policy.

13.4 Visible Tattoos: Guests displaying visible tattoos that may be deemed offensive, gang-related, or otherwise inappropriate (including facial tattoos or explicit imagery/language) may be refused entry or asked to cover them. No refunds or compensation will be provided.

13.5 Dress Code Enforcement: Guests dressed in a manner inconsistent with the Elevated Smart Casual dress code or the event’s aesthetic may be refused entry without refund.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal details such as your name, email, phone number, date of birth, and payment information when you purchase tickets or interact with us.

2. How We Use Your Information

To process your booking and verify your identity.

To communicate updates, reminders, and event-related information.

For marketing and promotional communications (you may opt out anytime).

To comply with New Zealand’s Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.

3. Data Sharing

We may share necessary details (name, dietary requirements, etc.) with venues or suppliers to deliver event services.

Payment data is processed securely via our ticketing platform and not shared with third parties.

4. Data Retention

Your personal information is stored securely for up to 12 months after your last event or transaction, after which it will be deleted or anonymised.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to or correction of your personal data at any time by contacting brunch@solhaus.nz.

6. Security

We follow strict industry standards to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; changes will be reflected on our website.
